About Aldier

Professional standards

Clients trust us with their most consequential decisions and their most sensitive information. These standards govern how we earn and keep that trust.

Independence and conflicts of interest

Aldier is paid only by its clients. We accept no commission, referral fee or reseller margin from technology vendors, media owners or any other supplier we may recommend. Before each engagement we check for conflicts of interest and disclose any we find. Where a conflict cannot be managed, we decline the work. Systems Aldier builds are tested and certified by independent parties.

Confidentiality

What clients tell us remains confidential. We name a client, or describe our work for them, only with their written consent and in terms they approve. Colleagues are bound by confidentiality obligations that continue after they leave the firm.

Integrity

We do not offer, pay, solicit or accept bribes or improper payments of any kind, directly or through others. Gifts and hospitality are modest, recorded and never offered to influence a decision. We support no political party or candidate.

Quality

Every engagement is led by a named partner. Every deliverable is reviewed by a colleague outside the engagement team and carries the names of the people who made and reviewed it. Every figure we present is traceable to its source.

Data protection and security

We handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and the data protection laws that apply to each engagement, and we protect client information with access controls, encryption and secure working practices. Our privacy notice explains how we handle the personal data of visitors to this website.

Raising a concern

Anyone who believes Aldier or one of its people has fallen short of these standards can tell us in confidence through the contact form, marking the message "Confidential: standards". Concerns are reviewed by a partner independent of the work in question, and no one who raises a concern in good faith will suffer for it.
