Aldier, the multidisciplinary advisory firm, serves as Founding Partner to GENIVY, an international guild of students that Aldier helped found.

GENIVY is owned by its student members. It organises the work already present on university campuses, from delivery and printing to laundry and design, pays students to run it, and certifies what they achieve through councils of practitioners in each sector.

Aldier designed GENIVY's economic model, its constitution and governance, its identity and its digital platform, drawing on all five of the firm's practices. GENIVY's constitution places five protections beyond the reach of any vote, including a bar on outside shareholders and an asset lock, and establishes an independent Board of Trustees.

As Founding Partner, Aldier attends GENIVY's Board of Trustees and Guild Congress as an observer, without a vote, and holds no shares in the guild. Each function Aldier performs passes to GENIVY's own team under a staged handover written into the constitution, with every transfer published.
